Canon is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. Very guilty, considering Demonophobia's biggest claim to fame is having many graphic and fetishized scenes of a 14 year old girl being mutilated and killed any number of ways. Still, as far as survival horror games go, it does a good job giving a feeling of helplessness and oppression for someone trapped in a Hell equivalent. If the game controls weren't so shit and it did IWBTG's thing of just having the player character explode in an over-the-top shower of blood upon death I'd probably like it a lot more though.
